the business by building a highly trained workforce supported by a solid corporate
infrastructure, while at the same time retaining the flexibility and nimbleness
of a small business”. He mentioned he was proud that ASD had successfully teamed
with Perot Systems Government Services to attain a Capability Maturity Model
Integration (CMMI) Level II rating on Oct. 22, 2004 , and he thought this a fitting
anniversary present for the whole company. He went on to say “ASD is poised to
catapult into the forefront of the IT field, by expanding our business in current
and new geographical markets, particularly focusing on targets of opportunity
in defense organizations involved in missile defense, test and evaluation, intelligence,
